Delivery Policy
Perth Metro shipping or pick up
All prices quoted on our website are in Australia dollars and will show GST in checkout. Delivery charges are included in the checkout stage of the shopping cart once you enter your Postcode. Delivery charges are charged at a flat rate to postcodes in area and out of area. If your distance within Perth Metro is too great, the delivery will go up. Delivery outside WA is sometime possible direct from our supplier in NSW.
Delivery outside Perth Metro is possible with our regional courier. When you get to checkout the shipping section will tell you to contact us if we have not delivered to your area previously. Please contact us via phone, or email and we will confirm the delivery cost for you. You are welcome to place your order so that we have your details and we can raise a second order for delivery, or we can raise an order from our side including delivery.
We aim to bring over larger quantities of bulky items, like slides, to save you on individual delivery costs. Items marked as “in stock” can be picked up by appointment from Maida Vale. If you order a large item (slides or monkey bars) marked as “on back order” it will be added to our next bulk delivery and then either delivered from Maida Vale, or you may pick up by appointment, after hours, on a weekend or certain days during the week. Please contact us to confirm. The delivery cost shown are from Maida Vale to your postcode, not from NSW.
Smaller items marked as “on back order” can be ordered and put in our “next boxed order”. Please see the bottom right hand corner or the site to find out when we will be placing the next small item order.
We will notify you of all costs involved in processing, packaging and handling before the order is processed to ensure there are no hidden expenses you are not aware of.
During online ordering, the website will advise you where possible, the total delivery costs for the order plus the cost of the goods ordered. Occasionally we find a discrepancy between the automatic calculation of postage. Should this happen for your order, we will notify you by email and we will not process your order unless you approve the difference in charges.
Pick ups are strictly by appointment only. We operate out of our home so that we can book appointments after hours or on weekends as this is more convenient for most of our customers. Each week we will have one day where pick ups can be done during the day. Please contact us to confirm as we may not be able to facilitate a pick up on the same day as you place your order.
