You may add items to your cart as normal and then follow the prompts through the partial.ly checkout including terms of the agreement.
Your non refundable down payment will be 10% of the total of your order, with the remainder being broken down into fortnightly payments finishing on the 15th November.
If you wish to add any additional items to your order, please create a new order and reference the order number of your first order in the customer comments section, so that I can match them up easily for you and put everything together. You will still be charged delivery if you add more items, but where possible, I will go through and delete additional delivery charges if they don’t apply.
If you wish to cancel your Lay-by agreement, you will need to do so prior to the 15th November. Your 10% down payment will be retained as a termination fee, but all other payments will be refunded to you.
Where you fail to make a payment, I will contact you to confirm if you want to go ahead with the order. I am happy to discuss if you need to be late on a payment, however if I am not able to reach you by the following fortnight, KidsplayWA will consider your order cancelled.
If for some reason the the goods are no longer available due to circumstances outside of my control, I will contact you to try to provide a similar item or we will cancel your order and refund all monies paid by you.
