We’re currently moving selected stock for our kids’ play equipment range to our third-party warehouse in Welshpool. This will make it easier to manage larger items and organise customer collections once online orders have been placed.
How warehouse collection works
Once you place your order through our website, we will contact the Welshpool warehouse during business hours to organise your collection request. Please allow one to two business days for your item to be prepared for pickup. Orders placed outside business hours, including over the weekend, may take a little longer to be ready.
When your order is ready, we will let you know and provide the collection details. Please do not attend the warehouse until we have confirmed that your order is ready for pickup.
Before you collect

- Collections are arranged during business hours only.
- Please bring your order confirmation and any details we provide for collection.
- For safety reasons, children and pets are not permitted in the warehouse or collection area.
- Enclosed shoes must be worn at all times.
Warehouse Collection Safety Agreement
If you choose to collect your order from our third-party warehouse, you acknowledge and agree that you are entering an active warehouse environment and must follow all safety requirements while on site.

By collecting your order from the warehouse, you accept that the area may include forklifts, vehicles, machinery, stock movement, uneven surfaces, and other typical warehouse hazards. You agree to take reasonable care for your own safety and the safety of others while on site.
Current warehouse stock
At this stage, only our 3 metre slides are being stored at the Welshpool warehouse for collection. Our aim is to have all stock available from the warehouse in time for Christmas, making collection of larger kids’ play equipment easier and more convenient for our customers. In the meantime, smaller items are still in Maida Vale.
